To connect the Dantian to the heart and lungs. Or , connecting heaven to the mechanism of
3。 正心 Zheng Xin Proper Heart
To learn to extend myself out to the world without discharging dichotomy.
4。誠意 Cheng Yi Sincere Intention (Sincere body)
Everything in the body is where it should be. We reach out and need to come back again. So it is needed to move our heart the minimum that is needed in order to be of a benefit.
5。格物 Ge Wu Sorting (away) desires
a desire takes me away from my body, out there. And to be able to be aware of this, and relaxing myself bringing the feeling in dantian. Desiring and relaxing the desire.
6。知止 Zhi Zhi Knowing the Origin Point
We start to know, how it feels to stay more time in dantian . We are going a little deeper.
7。定靜安 Ding Jing An Fixed (heart) Calm (mind) Peaceful (nature)
Same as 6 but without forcing it. Learning to be in the dantian area without thinking about it.
8。止至善 Origin Yields Goodness
Objective is to be able finally to bring out dantian and everything that carries with , -proper heart, sincere body- out in my hands, and to apply it in acupuncture. At the end, I feel, that with practicing regularly, one gets back to this peaceful state of connectedness to the umbilical cord, that is forgotten as we struggle moment to moment with inbreath and outbreath.
